• I have a question about my media invoice, who do I contact? Please contact your Idaho Statesman Account Representative directly. If you are not sure, please call 208-377-6370. This is the fastest way to resolve any questions.

• I chose PayPal to pay for my materials, why does it say NERUS Strategies, LLC? NERUS Strategies is the authorized representative, via PayPal for your Boise Favorites schedule.
   

• We usually trade for our media time, I don't see that in your order form. Boise Favorites is a paid advertising program. We do not trade for any of these products.
   

• I ordered merchandise, when will it arrive? Please allow at least 7-10 business days for the creation of your custom order and shipping. You will receive "staging" emails as your order is processed through each stage.
