What tips do you have, or what lessons have you learned, that would help others working to advance their careers?

Saying yes to new opportunities, including lateral moves, within your current company has been helpful to advance careers. Staying positive, being open to relocation, putting others before yourself, and maintaining a learning mindset are all other lessons learned along the way.

What traits are most important to you when hiring for, or promoting individuals within, your company?

It is important for individuals to do a great job in their current role. Having a desire to improve, being open to feedback and coaching, and showing self-awareness are all traits considered when hiring or promoting.
