What tips do you have, or what lessons have you learned, that would help others working to advance their careers?

Know what you don’t know. I’m lucky enough to lead a company with hundreds of years of combined rental industry experience. I believe better decisions have been made over the years because I try to recognize my own strengths and leverage my team’s collective knowledge.

What does your business do to ensure it retains relevance and sustainability long into the future?

We’re currently making big investments in our software to continue to improve the customer experience. In our instant gratification world, I believe the independent rental operators in the country who remain relevant will be the companies who harness technology for customer convenience.
